	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I really like the flexibility it offers, as I can choose between different services. It offers several redemption options for its employees. I like how easy the site is to use. You can browse the offerings or search for what you're looking for. I like being able to accumulate points if I want to save up for something bigger; it's a really good and reliable rewards program. It allows employers to send tokens of appreciation to employees; it has a great selection of options for spending our points. The best thing is the wide variety of services and rewards available through the platform. You can suggest new places to add to the library of options. It offers access to a wide variety of providers. I love how easy the system is to use and appreciate the ability to choose rewards. Kudos offers a wide variety of categories to support all work situations. I love how modern the platform is, especially the multi-posting feature. It offers an excellent user experience with intuitive navigation. There are so many great options to choose from. You can program the board to send a message for a special event. I love that everyone can write a personal message, the simplicity of sending emails with the link, and the availability. Cons It would be great if Kudos consider partnering with local gyms for memberships; there could be more options available. I wish there was more variety in the brands it supports. I haven't had any problems redeeming gift cards. I can't think of any reason why I wouldn't like the product. I haven't had any problems with Kudos. It would be nice if more companies participated; some of the services don't seem to be worth the required number of points. Communication about upgrades could be clearer; there are no discounts or recurring options. I would love it if we could expand the longer cards so they don't take up so much space, it would be nice to have a larger library of background styles. I would love to be able to create a group to add as many emails as I want, and I wish there were additional editing options for the hardcover book.
