Kudoboard

Pros: Kudoboard is a convenient and entertaining way to engage our large clinic team. Varied schedules and roles mean it can be difficult to get input from everyone when a team member is being recognized in some way. This app is a safe and efficient tool that allows everyone to contribute. It is flexible enough to cover both professional(recognition, retirement) and personal (birth of child, marriage).

Cons: There is always what feels like a 10 step verification to use my work Kudoboard account - it does take away from the actual time I get to use the app.

Overall: Overall, Kudoboard is a fun and easy to use virtual team building tool that works in our busy, large medical clinic.

Pros: It’s a good setup with ability to also send a gift and I often use it for work related milestones for my colleagues.

Cons: There could be a tier for 50 contributors - you have to buy one with 100 which feels waste of money.
They could have better backgrounds too.

Overall: Overall it is good but a bit pricey but it is convenient so I come back to it (for now). They could reduce the pricing or create a few more middle tier options.

Pros: Multiple people can send messages and wishes.
It's easy to customize and share.
You can send a thankyou message.
You know when someone opened the kudoboard

It's a great tool with ease of use and the features are just what we require.

Overall: I have been using Kudoboard for 2 years now. It's very convinient and all of our co-workers use it to share messages and wishes for various occasions - Farewell, New Baby, Career move, retirement.

Pros: The ability to customize all aspects of digital card(s), the ability to add media to posts, and the ability to add funds to a gift card of the recipient's choice. The fact that it's digital makes it easy to get the team to all sign and won't end up as clutter

Cons: Would like if there was an option between the basic and premium boards in terms of the number of contributions, as the difference seems grand

Overall: Would highly recommend Kudoboard for your next office card, whether it's to celebrate a momentous occasion or sending well-wishes!

Pros: Quick, easy way to build community across a geographically distributed workforce. Allows us to swiftly recognize milestone events personally and professional, and really build a team culture. Love the ability to automate the sending.

Cons: Requires building a system around to avoid forgetting someone. Cost.

Overall: A great, low lift, easy to use tool to celebrate team members. Our team loves it and it drives energy every time one is sent.

Pros: Ability to add animated images; preschedule delivery options; fair pricing tier. Recipient can review post as often as they wish.

Cons: Need to make sure the correct link is shared with other contributors; e.g., "Add Post" versus "View Post.".

Overall: Very convenient for friends and colleagues who have access to internet/web/app. Adding animated images along with the contributor's personal message is a favorable feature.

Pros: It was great and such an amazing way to connect people especially for teams that work remotely. We were able to get teammates a card on various occasions and the card was able to be signed by everyone without us all being in the same state!

Cons: It seems a little pricey that you have to pay more to download your card I do not lien that at all. You should not

Overall: Overall, I really love using this platform and it’s been so great for our entire team! I wish they would let you download the card for free but they forced you to pay even more money

Pros: Love the ease of sending out cards for all different occasions. Love that I can add gift cards for birthday gifts to employees and love the calendar that helps me keep track of everyone and everything!
The options are nice for the cards and the gifs and memes are loved by all users!

Cons: Wish I didn't have to upgrade to add my mailing list. Paid a lot for the yearly subscription I feel like and to have to pay more to make my email list was pretty disappointing and I will not do it. So not sure going forward next year with this.

Overall: Overall, it's been a pleasant and fun experience. I like being able to make all employees feel special and appreciated.

Pros: Kudoboard is easy to use and invite others to add messages. I can create a board and ask others to contribute.

Cons: Learning how to setup delivery took a little time to figure out.

Overall: This has been a fun way to celebrate coworker's birthdays and anniversaries. I like that everyone in our company can add their message to one board.

Pros: I love how the boards let our team show their individualities with their posts. Such a fun and creative way to bring staff members together.

Cons: Everything is great, I wish I was able to have members added to contribute without having limited licenses.

Overall: I love the fun these boards bring to our office. I also appreciated the meeting you provided with fun ideas for new boards.

Pros: Kudoboard is the perfect product that allows us to simultaneously celebrate our teammate and leaders for their birthdays and milestone accomplishments! The ability to upload personal media to the board is amazing!

Cons: There is nothing that I dislike about Kudoboard! I have never encountered an issue using it.

Overall: Our experience has been phenomenal! Everyone on our team is always pleasantly surprised once they receive their Kudoboard recognition.

Pros: Everyone can post their own message or contribute to a gift in their own time and in their own unique way! For a busy office like ours, trying to do something like passing around a card means going out to find a card, keeping track of it, making sure people who are traveling somehow get it---it just doesn't work and then people are sad they didn't get to contribute. This keeps things centralized, fun, easy, personalized and adorable!!

Cons: Some folks don't like having to create an account to contribute.

Overall: For our busy office, trying to do something like passing around a card is IMPOSSIBLE. Kudoboard is perfect!!

Cons: - I wish there was a way to include more than one photo on a post

Overall: I use kudoboard at least once a month because of how easy it is to use and the reactions it gets from the recipients. Everyone deserves to hear how important they are to others. Kudoboard makes it easy to spread these messages of love especially from those who live far away and can't sign a physical card.

Pros: Very easy and straightforward to use. Having the ability to schedule in advance saves time and eliminates the costs associated with purchasing cards and time out of the office.

Cons: The only con, in my opinion, is the lack of GIFs.

Overall: Using Kudoboard is a great way to engage a team that might not see each other on a regular basis. We send Kudoboards out for birthdays and work anniversaries, guaranteeing a smile from the receiver twice a year.

Pros: Super easy to use and great for collaboration! We are a global company so it's great that anyone is able to add just by using the link provided.

Cons: An increase on the number of designs would be great!

Overall: Would definitely recommend, especially in a corporate setting where people are in different locations.

Pros: Very easy to use. It has beautiful and professional designs. Great for team morale and recognition of any kind. Simple for the entire group to contribute. It is has very purposeful meaningful ways for both celebrations and sympathy /support boards.

Cons: Individual board pricing can feel expensive over time. Yearly packages may make more sense for frequent users, but may be a bit more budget friendly if you are using it frequently.

Overall: I've genuinely enjoyed using Kudoboard for my team. I've used it for farewells, sympathy boards and moments when we wanted to support one another during difficult times. l recommend Kudoboard, especially for managers, teams, or organizations that want an easy way to celebrate people or support coworkers during important life moments. It's thoughtful, convenient, and creates something people truly appreciate.

Pros: Convenience & ease of encouraging contributions. Easy to provide link for recipient to retrieve their kudoboard.

Cons: The wallpapers aren't as appealing as they could be, even though they provide a variety of wallpaper. Contributors have complained about the fees associated with donating toward a group gift.

Overall: Overall, easy to use. Cost to set up is reasonable, but adds up as you consider honoring more employees with kudoboards. Wish there were more wallpaper to choose from.

Pros: Provides easy access for people across the world and work locations. This tool allows for seamless collaborations and creates such amazing products. The options are endless, really provides a great amount of things to add. I like the ability of printing out a keepsake poster.

Cons: Some of the premium options should be made available for a small cost to allow more access. The option of 100 post to unlimited seems strange, there should be another option in between these.

Overall: Every recipient has been in awe of how so many messages were posted on their board. We use these for celebrations, and to share positive messages.

Cons: none I have not spotted any cons to my knowledge so far

Overall: 10/10 highly recommend the product is easy to use and makes sending the email to the recipient easy
