• I like that you have options to include text, gifs, and/or images, and I like that the Kudoboard can accommodate a large number of contributors. I also like the animated backgrounds. Lastly, the different currency options for the gift card is helpful.

Varied schedules and roles mean it can be difficult to get input from everyone when a team member is being recognized in some way. This app is a safe and efficient tool that allows everyone to contribute. It is flexible enough to cover both professional(recognition, retirement) and personal (birth of child, marriage).
