Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros For our hospital staff, scheduling time and shifts has become much easier. Workforce management is now more organized and transparent. Besides this, assigning shifts to others has also become very simple. We have been using the HRIS, leave, attendance, payroll, and employee portal, and we are very satisfied with the products. The platform has given us various customization options as per our specific needs. It has streamlined and simplified our HR tasks that were previously overburdened. We have been using Empxtrack HRIS, leave, shift & attendance, travel & expense for quite some time now and are very happy with the results. The system has been customized as per our requirements and is running smoothly. The customer support team is readily available to answer any queries. It is a configurable, intuitive software that simplifies leave application, approval, attendance marking and regularization. Real-time reports and dashboards provide insights into attendance trends, leave balances and patterns. The robust features of the software enhance accuracy, save time and eliminate errors. Overall, a reliable solution that simplifies workforce management with utmost convenience. Comprehensive. Statutory compliance. Ease of use. Support forum. Step wise payroll processing is very useful. Cons We have not encountered any issues with this product so far. It has consistently helped us manage the workforce smoothly. No cons at this moment. In fact, we would like to use more HR products from them. No complaints right now. In fact, we are planning to purchase goal setting and appraisal from them now. In my opinion, there are no cons yet. The software is the right choice for employees and managers. Cant think of any at this moment. Will come back and edit this later.
