Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • Pricing: based on our inquiries and after comparing with the closest competitors, the price was on average 30% lower for the same or better set of options. Communication: at every stage, from the presale to the solution of everyday problems, there is always a person who can listen to your question, knows how to help you, what to suggest or find someone who can. Design: from the point of view of the code, a very modern project that uses the latest trends in development, does not stop developing and improving. from the point of view of design, everything is made as native and understandable for users as possible. Security: not one of the few solutions that offers a really high-quality level of security that does not burden users and the system, and does not reduce the functionality of the product itself. Features: the system is very amenable to customization and scaling, supports all the platforms we need, and also integrates with all corporate services. Even if a certain tool does not have enough functionality for you, it can be added through a feature request. Ease: at the beginning of operating the product, you need to understand the basic logic of the architecture and the principles of operation, but after some time you will feel very comfortable in administration and management. Customization: one of the developers said that you can customize anything, but it turned out that it is really so. And that's cool!
  • Its instant messaging service works flawlessly with hundreds of onboarded co-workers. File or document sharing is very useful. You can share reports and tasks from the same screen. It's available on cross-platform which makes it very practical for team communication.
  • Element platform is reliable and easy to use. The UI design is intuitive. Secure and encrypted messaging. Works on any IOS and web platforms. Helps to boost team collaboration in small businesses. Cost-effective enterprise plans.
  • - simple, intuitive interface - strict security - Web client, Android client available - Active community
  • #1- The Riot.im is available on cross-platform. #2- Secure and great privacy features to start instant communications. #3- One centralized platform to communicate with the inbound team.

Cons

  • Due to the high speed of project development, sometimes the documentation does not have time to be updated, which can sometimes be misleading. However, this is easily remedied by communicating with the development team. In the same reason you can sometimes collide with small bugs, usually the fix is ready within a week.
  • Its user interface makes difficult in its usability.
  • The large file share is not possible on the Element tool.
  • - strict security (if one forgets password, past secure postings are lost) - not as widely known as WA or FBmgr
  • #1- We had an overall positive experience with it.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • Pumble is so easy to navigate... Even a non-tech-savvy person can use it with ease. Plus, it loads up fast and it doesn't freeze even if I have tons of conversation going on. Also, unlike other messaging platforms, I've never encountered any errors or lagging issues while using Pumble. Another problem I have with other messaging platforms is the quality issues of files and photos being shared within my team... BUT with Pumble, I have zero problems with the quality of files and other media being shared by me and my team members. Everything flows smoothly with Pumble, thus making our workloads a lot faster and easier to handle. I really like Pumble and I would highly recommend it to any agency owners out there.
  • It has unique features that other platforms doesn't have, such as the scheduled messaging feature, which is super cool and efficient. The platform doesn't "lag" as well. Unlike other platforms, your screen won't ever freeze even if you have tons of channels on the sidebar. And what's even better is that, you never have to jump from one platform/app to another because Pumble also allows you to have "voice meetings" and even "video conferencing". It's literally a no nonsense, all-in-one platform for teams. The chat history stays untouched as well, it doesn't delete old messages like other platforms do. My team loves it... Plus, it's crazy that even my clients are impressed with Pumble.
  • It's easy to use. No complicated features and the graphics feel good to the eyes. It does not lag, unlike any other messaging platforms for teams.
  • From day one everyone learned it very easily. I am talking about the ease and rapid response here. When my organisation introduces Pumble we were like wow and we learned using Pumble from day one it gets on board it's that easy Very easy to use, very fun to use. Purple color logo is fine. Very quick response with very good notification tone.
  • Very fast. Easy to handle and understand. Messages pop up even if the application is minimised. Having the ability to create channels and also have the thread feature.

Cons

  • Not really cons, but more like a wishlist to make my experience way better. I wish this platform could allow me to connect the other tech tools I currently use. And I also hope it has a whiteboard tool that any user can use during live calls. Pumble has no customizable background and color feature at he moment.
  • I actually can't see anything wrong with Pumble... But I think Pumble can certainly improve by a ton if users can integrate it with major social media platforms. And also, I really wish it would have a "customized emoji" feature. It would be more fun.
  • It would be better if we can integrate Pumble to other platforms.
  • Should have new fun stickers. In mobile apps it has delay. Uploading file takes a lot of time. Should have options of sending voice mail.
  • Can also have the features of a feed. Should have fun stickers. Not having the feature of voice messages and not having the feature to add the favourites. Uploading files takes time.
