Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The platform gives our HR team real control of case management and knowledge. The workflow engine is flexible and easy for the team to maintain. Reporting is clear and useful. The employee experience is clean and fast. Support has been outstanding every time we have needed them. Cons Nothing material. Any items we raised were resolved quickly and usually added to the product in later releases.
