Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The integrations, and customisation and flexibility. Its been a perfect program to far for my little business as a sole trader. Being able to fill out forms using the app from my mobile, then emailing them through as a PDF or Word doc to then send to the customer. Being able to customise the look of your template as well is great. - Has a very flexible yet robust set of options for the forms and other features. - Requires very little training even for those workers who are not very techy. Cons The new webforms doesn't work as hoped. It wont submit documents with images attached. They were looking into but i haven't heard a fix yet. Recently they also had a price increase where the minimum plan is 3 devices instead of 1 which was cheaper. It went from 30 USD to 90 USD. I cannot see it viable to continue using the program at this price which is a shame. No major cons but the training and documentation can be improved with respect to non-tech users.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Formstack is one of the best online form creator. Highly customisable features. No training or video tutorial is required to use this software beginner can also start using without any problems. For highly secured information it provides security feature called HIPPA application. Very much reliable, flexible and secure software. • No effort in creating business forms. • It can create flexible forms for different categories to implement and share. • Hubspot integrated. • Great addons to boost form power. Formstack has complete customization feature. Lots of themes and templates are available. Easy and quick drag and drop form builder. No login required to fill form. It has wonderful data export and insight reporting. Cons User-friendly software, very easy to use. No complaints till now. • We had an overall positive experience with it. Form stack is full of customization, I liked everything about this tool.
