Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We didn’t use it in production, so limited evaluation. Initial onboarding calls were responsive though largely unnecessary in our use-case. Cons Name similarity caused purchasing confusion; verify vendor names before buying. Refund or refund-minus-services was declined after we halted deployment and requested itemization of “engineering time.” Onboarding leaned on vendor-led sessions rather than self-serve docs/videos, which would have sufficed in my opinion. UI felt dated and harder to operate than alternatives we evaluated. One notable strength is its digital signage feature which allows our organization to broadcast dynamic content across screens, Which keeps employees informed about important updates & announcements. Easy interface and integration to Google, Microsoft Ability to chat, like - set up by administrator per message Mobile first mindset Not heavy on bandwidth Reverse billing ability for data Cons There some considerations which needs to be followed like the implementation process may require thorough planning to ensure optimal usage. Its customization options are limited. Our organization have found the initial setup process & customization option to be somewhat intricate, requiring time & familiarity to navigate effectively. I can't fault or find anything I don't enjoy about this product
