Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The product is very user friendly! Easy to navigate and find exactly what you are looking for! Love the unique features - For e.g. you can find the prospects and accounts that have been " Active " recently. You can find which accounts are hot and more likely to respond to your outreach . Our marketing team uses the third party Intent data from Klarity and marries it with our internal first party Intent data - and the resulting traction on our campaigns is above industry standards - so that says a lot about the Klarity data quality! The team loves the availability of direct and mobile numbers and the installtech data! Nothing to dislike so far. Great arsenal to have on your side. DemandScience provided us with a steady stream of leads that matched our ICP, which helped us to expand our reach and connect with potential customers. The customer support team was always responsive and helpful, addressing any questions or concerns that we had in a timely manner. Consistent lead gen at set cost per lead through content syndication programs. Excellent customer service. -Fast response times -Always ready to sort out an issue when it gets raises e.g. amendments in preview links. -Easy communication -Lovely and friendly team Very responsive team and always pleasant to work with. Answered questions in a timely matter and was always happy to jump on a call if there was questions. Cons The new launch has beautifully taken care of whatever little nuts and bolts that had to be tightened from the earlier version. No complaints. While the quantity of leads provided was satisfactory, the conversion rates were relatively low. This could be due to a variety of factors, such as the quality of the leads, the relevance of the content, or the timing of the outreach. Leads can be cold. Landing page customization is limited. I have not come across any cons while working with my DemandScience team as they are also ready to help. Experienced invalid leads sometimes which would lead to panic with the client.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros TrustRadius is a good source to find out best suitable business software and tools and buyers get a clear and detailed insights about the products through real users experience based reviews, which make the tech buying decision easy. Detailed review process with lots of queries Good clean website interface Lots of genuine reviews via Linked In profiles Good customer service with regular mail notifications Decent User Interface. Large catalog of software reviews. Reviews are elaborated & moderated. Verified users via LinkedIn. B2B insights for buyers. Not much to like. I guess the color scheme of the website is nice. Cons Listings are limited and review sources data is not so big as other similar services as SourceForge and others have. Very less review invites Too strict moderation, asks a lot of details Customer service can be more responsive. Many reviews are unoriginal & often irrelevant. They miscategorized our product and allowed it to collect reviews and ratings in the wrong category. Then once we notified them that our product was miscategorized, weeks passed and they still did not move our product into the correct category as of the time of this review, even though they said they would look into it. Their vendor dashboard isn't very intuitive either. Hard to tell if your changes have saved or not.
