Cons -Constant Contact is improving it's fraudulent monitoring but it still has gaps. -Image library has a space of just 2GB. -Maximum size of any image that can be uploaded in the image library is 5MB. -Email scheduling has no direct option to send messages on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, we are supposed to achieve this by creating an automated series. One of the main features that can be improved within this platform is regarding the system that the free version offers, I used this free version for approximately a week to be able to properly test the platform, after that, I decided to acquire one of the plans of this platform, however, I must emphasize that the free trial pressure was not pleasant for me, there are many limitations in the number of templates that you can access for free with this plan, in addition, there is a limit in the amount of reach to an audience that you can have in an advertising campaign, which makes this free version not work at all really, I consider that it is one of the things that could be improved within this platform, it is essential to offer a complete free version in which users can properly test the platform in general. Everything that you need to use it is easily find in the website. - Free features that are paid in other competitors - Good for Small business - If you need to scale, the price is really good compared to other options - Excellent customer support. I just use the free version and as a newbie, - I had a setup problem my email in the WebHost. The support helps me in a few minutes. Everything is free. It was a real person in the support. I found EmailOctopus when looking for a cheaper alternative to Mailchimp. For now what I need is free, and if I do need to upgrade later it will be less than 1/2 what Mailchimp is. It is very user friendly, I have had no problem importing contacts and setting up/ sending emails, even though I have never used one of these email services before. I love how professional my emails look! I have also been able to easily find answers to all the questions I have had on their site. I love that I can look and see how many of my emails have been opened and how often the links are being used. Cons I do not have any cons yet. It is working perfectly for me. The interface when you are setting up your email could be better. But it is ok to use. No cons till now. Everything works correctly and It has been easy to use. There are just a few email templates available in the free version. No cons so far, everything has been easy and looks amazing.
