When I started using this platform, I immediately noticed that it had very significant features that would absolutely help me improve business marketing within my technology company. I really liked the way this platform provides me with a fairly easy-to-use service, one that I feel relatively familiar with and in which I can develop any type of advertising campaign. I love the large number of templates that I can access from this platform. These templates help me create new advertising campaigns in a much simpler way, in which I only have to edit very few things within the template to be able to send a campaign to my clients. I also liked the way I can monitor in real time each of the progress I make through each campaign. The platform provides me with real-time statistics, separately, which helps me consult specific statistics for specific campaigns. I have noticed a great growth in digital marketing. Thanks to this platform, I have been able to send advertising campaigns by email or through other means, which has helped me get many clients in my technology company and has helped me grow as a company and have a good online positioning. I have also liked the general ease with which this platform can be used, I love that it is so easy to use since I can correctly organize each of the campaigns and I can have a fairly easy marketing configuration and administration. It is also important to highlight the joint work system that Constantina Contact has offered me, with this joint work system, I have been able to create advertising campaigns with the support of my colleagues, in this way we have been able to create a large number of campaigns in less time than before, this means that the general campaign creation time in my company has been considerably reduced since this platform arrived in our work environment. Fantastic to integrate with social media for wider audience. Impressive with personalization. Simple and intuitive. Constant Contact has been a very influential platform when it comes to expanding our company's advertising system, thanks to this platform we have been able to create a large number of advertising campaigns which have helped us find new clients for the company, this platform allows us to create campaigns in a constant and collaborative way, we can create campaigns from scratch together, with the collaboration of various employees located in the marketing sector of the company, it allows you to create a campaign from scratch, view changes in real time and configure a campaign of together, also, I have loved the way in which this platform is able to improve the receptivity of our campaigns in the inbox, that platform has a pretty good filter for the campaigns, which helps to make the inboxes Customer input does not detect these campaigns as spam, on the contrary, this filter helps campaigns enter the main folder of an inbox, which improves the visibility of these campaigns. Another positive aspect that this platform has is that it has a very good and very creative campaign design tool. This platform allows you to create campaigns from a very good, formal and unique design. We have been able to obtain a design never seen before in other campaigns. , which captures the attention of customers. Another thing that I love about this platform is that it allows me to see the statistics in real time, it allows me to see how many leads we have obtained, it allows me to see the display rate of the campaigns as well as the rejection rate of these campaigns. In customer trays, the statistical monitoring system really works perfectly to monitor the progress of these campaigns. The things that most favors any user who uses Constant Contact, is that this platform allows you to obtain a better campaign delivery service, this helps the campaigns you send to your clients to enter the main folder of each email address. mail, this delivery rate is up to 99%, which guarantees that each client will receive the corresponding campaign and on very rare occasions the campaigns will be detected as Spam. Also, I loved the great way in which I was able to automate the responses and actions of each campaign thanks to Constant Contact, that's what makes it different from other platforms, it allows you to create much more variety of automations, so that customers receive responses automatic depending on the requirement they make in each campaign, every time a client completes a campaign, you can configure so that the platform sends offers and new campaigns to that client automatically, Marketing automation is quite favorable. I also liked that this platform is capable of having an integrated CRM system, you don't have to use some CRM software and integrate it with Constant Contact to serve a client, thanks to the automation system, each client will be transferred to the CRM panel for that you can carry out the negotiation and the special treatment with each client, I love that it has this CRM function integrated by default. Cons -Constant Contact is improving it's fraudulent monitoring but it still has gaps. -Image library has a space of just 2GB. -Maximum size of any image that can be uploaded in the image library is 5MB. -Email scheduling has no direct option to send messages on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, we are supposed to achieve this by creating an automated series. One of the main features that can be improved within this platform is regarding the system that the free version offers, I used this free version for approximately a week to be able to properly test the platform, after that, I decided to acquire one of the plans of this platform, however, I must emphasize that the free trial pressure was not pleasant for me, there are many limitations in the number of templates that you can access for free with this plan, in addition, there is a limit in the amount of reach to an audience that you can have in an advertising campaign, which makes this free version not work at all really, I consider that it is one of the things that could be improved within this platform, it is essential to offer a complete free version in which users can properly test the platform in general. Another feature that I have not liked is that this platform does not have a good application for mobile devices. I have noticed that the application for mobile devices does not offer real-time metrics, as the version for computers offers. In addition, it is quite difficult to create advertising campaigns from your mobile phone. The application does not have the correct functions to create a complete and attractive campaign for your clients. This is one of the things that should be improved. The application is essential for my mobile devices. Exemplary tool with ease of customization. Great templates. A negative aspect of this platform is that it does not have any type of built-in system to generate an automated response for customer requirements in advertising campaigns, this is quite negative since it allows us to create an automated response flow for customers potentials, this causes us to have to send the responses manually for each client, in addition, this tool is quite expensive, despite the fact that the high costs of this platform have not directly affected our company since we have generated a good remuneration thanks to potential customers, we believe that the prices within this platform should be much lower, Constant Contact currently generates many more expenses from the increase in registered contacts. One of the complications that can arise in Constant Contact is that the main configuration service of the automations must be configured by a professional, this is a complex system to use, if a new user wants to configure this platform for the first time, they must have with complete experience in marketing setup. The second problem that can be found in Constant Contact is the shortage of pre-designed templates for the campaigns, I must admit that the creation of advertising campaigns on this platform is quite easy, all the delivery settings can be done quickly, but there are very few templates currently on this platform, which causes users to manually design the design of each campaign they are developing.
