I have used close over the years and I must say that it is one of my favorites. The dialing part of the platform is great. You can text and send emails with just a few clicks and the layout is just simple to follow. The support staff is beyond awesome, they respond usually within the hour or max 2. The issues are resolved within the same working day. Close is great because it’s all one email text call I would recommend this to a friend I would use this for my own shop. Cons Get logged out very often on internet, but maybe it’s my device. Nothing really. Their team is great. They are always deploying new features. Pricing is fair. One drawback of Close, and this is getting very nit picky, could be the absence of certain integrations with niche or specialized software that some businesses might require. This could potentially limit its seamless integration with the entire tech stack of certain companies. Sometimes the audio isn't perfect and the dialing does become slow and laggy. I like everything expect sometimes technical issues.		Pros from Real Users Pros Easy to use and very convenient for clients who are elderly and don't use another video conferencing platform. CrankWheel is the easiest the program that I have ever used. Many potential clients that cannot get onto other products have no issues connecting via CrankWheel. Ease of use for presenter and ease for end user is CrankWheel's biggest strength. CrankWheel is a game-changer for agents and brokers. It provides instant screen sharing without downloads, ensuring secure, compliant client interactions. Perfect for meeting new federal requirements, it builds trust, improves communication, and streamlines sales. CrankWheel enhances professionalism, efficiency, and transparency—making it an essential tool for today’s insurance professionals. I love that no software needs to be downloaded on the client side. This makes it super easy for them and less hassle for us. I've been using CrankWheel for almost two years now and I couldn't recommend a better webinar service, They make it super convenient with option to send meeting links via text, email, or copy the link. Options to share screen, window or browser tab. Webcam optional, you can schedule meetings, pause screenshares, chrome extension, and even set it up so that when people join the meeting, they need to provide a confirmation number to get in. I'm a licensed self-employed individual and CrankWheel also has the option to build in consent forms in both English and Spanish for the client to fill out right there. All in all, I get my money's worth every month and never regret my investment. Super satisfied with my experience.
