It delivers the ones your payroll system already produces. Upload the PDF from your payroll run and InStaff sorts it, splits it, and posts each stub to the right employee automatically. What the employee opens is the document your payroll software made, unchanged. Employees then get 24/7 self-service access to their full pay history and tax forms from any browser, which ends the reprint requests that land on payroll every cycle. Default retention is seven years. It works with any payroll system that outputs a PDF paystub, including Sage 300, Sage 300 CRE, Sage 50, Sage 100, QuickBooks Desktop and Online, Viewpoint Vista, Viewpoint Spectrum, Deltek Costpoint, Foundation, and Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
