	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros PhoneBurner is a pretty good predictive and auto dialer. It has a great number of features and integrations, and even functions as a good CRM if you need it to to book appointments and such. Once you get the hang of finding everything, all the settings are easy to edit and change. Cons It's hard to navigate to settings from most pages. They need a drop-down menu of all settings on every page.
