About

D Line is a cloud-based business phone system for small and growing organizations. It provides business calling through a shared workspace, with extensions, greetings, business hours, ring groups, call routing, voicemail, and call recording. The service offers calling to the United States and Canada subject to fair-use terms. Users can access D Line in a web browser, on Windows and macOS computers, and through iOS and Android apps; a Chrome extension enables click-to-call from web-based CRM pages. The Advanced plan adds business texting, AI call transcription and summaries, questions about call history, automatic recording, and team video calling. Teams can use D Line to handle inbound and outbound calls, route calls among staff, manage voicemail, and review recorded or transcribed conversations. Plans are priced per workspace rather than per user, with separate fees for extra numbers and messaging. A paid 14-day trial and free number porting are also offered.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • Webex Calling has become a satisfactory service for us, mainly because of the autonomy it has proven to have when working as a business calling system, one of the main features that I liked about this platform is the way in which it is able to receive international calls from any location, and from any device, with the help of this platform, I have been able to configure default devices so I can receive notifications every time I have a new call coming in, so I can answer a new call from my mobile device or from my work area computer, another feature that I liked is that this platform allows me to transfer calls to other partners, put a call on hold, I can pause a call from my mobile device or from my work area computer, so I can answer a new call from my mobile device or from the computer in my work area, another feature that I liked is that this platform allows me to transfer calls to other partners, put a call on hold, I can pause within a call and resume it in a few minutes, in addition, I can also use the virtual receptionist service, in order that automated messages are generated for customers who call us to our business number, this receptionist system is what I liked the most, because it allows me to welcome new customers in the call system. Also important is the excellent communication system that this platform provides me with, as it allows me to communicate via live chat with all my colleagues, within my company, this allows me to send new information and transfer new calls to my active partners. In general, I have really liked this platform because of the usefulness it has to receive calls simultaneously and assign new calls to my partners, this allows me to give primary attention to each of the potential customers that communicate with us through the business phone number.
  • I am impressed by the reliability and ease of use of Cisco Webex Calling. Cisco Webex Calling has powerful features that makes cloud calling efficient.
  • There are many things to like about Cisco Webex Calling. The first is that it is a very reliable system. Calls always connect, and the sound quality is always good. This is because Cisco invests a lot in their network infrastructure. Additionally, Cisco Webex Calling is very user-friendly. It is easy to set up and easy to use. This makes it a great system for both personal and business use. Finally, Cisco Webex Calling is affordable. It is priced competitively with other leading VoIP providers.
  • Great software for calling and meeting. Easy to connect and hold a large number of people. Great way to send files and show project.
  • Cisco Webex has nice features and a good interface. It is nice for doing formal setup video conferences.

Cons

  • This platform is incredible to be implemented in any type of company that needs a business telephony system, I recommend it without a doubt because it provides a system for receiving calls and call management, without any technical error, this platform has not presented any type of failure during the time I used it, it is a platform that generates utility in the system of business calls.
  • I do not have any reasons to dislike Cisco Webex Calling. Cisco Webex Calling has been flawless.
  • The main thing I didn't like about Cisco Webex Calling was that it was difficult to use. It was not very user-friendly and I had a lot of trouble figuring out how to use it.
  • Sometime stop working and audio get disconnected. Rest everything works great.
  • The waiting interface is not fine. It disconnects automatically.
