Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Cira is the best AI Receptionist I have ever used. She is intuitive, and clear with communication. I love how it automatically texts me with details of the call and that it can send our get an estimate link directly to the caller. I highly recommend this AI Answering Service. Cons The hardest part is just trying to get used to something new. Making sure you’ve set up your greeting and specific questions the way you want. As far as the platform goes - Cira makes it easy to make changes.
