About

CellCog is an AI employee platform: hire AI employees for any role - they form teams, onboard and manage each other. Each employee has a real identity, its own email inbox, task board, dashboards, persistent memory, and works in shifts under owner-set permissions. Underneath is the CellCog super-agent - #1 on DeepResearch Bench (July 2026) - producing research, code, dashboards, PDFs, video, images, and spreadsheets. Beyond employees: interactive chat modes, Cowork desktop access, a Chrome extension for browser tasks, 1,000+ tool connectors, and a Python SDK. Get started with 200 free credits at signup (no card required); a full-time AI employee typically runs $500-1,000/month, usage-based at roughly $25 per shift. Built for SMBs and solo founders replacing $5,000+/month specialist work.

About

Meta Muse is a personal AI agent designed to complete tasks across different parts of a user’s daily life through conversation and connected apps. It runs on a persistent secure virtual machine with its own browser, allowing it to navigate websites, book appointments, fill out forms, handle customer service tasks, and complete other web-based workflows. Users can interact with Muse through its mobile app or WhatsApp and can connect services such as email, calendars, and Instagram. The agent can create plans around user goals, track progress, make suggestions, and continue working on assigned tasks over time. Sensitive actions such as sending emails or making purchases can require user approval, and Muse provides an audit trail showing completed and planned actions. Meta positions Muse as a privacy-focused personal agent with secure credential storage, one-time payment card support, and controls designed to keep users in charge of what the agent does.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • It is meant to take action, work across apps and websites, and help move longer-term goals forward instead of only answering questions. The private cloud computer idea is a big deal. If an agent is going to browse, shop, schedule, and use personal accounts, privacy and permissions have to be built into the product from the start. Meta says Muse Confidential VM is designed to prevent even Meta from accessing the data inside that environment.

Cons

  • The main downside is trust. A personal AI agent that can act across the web needs very clear controls, logs, confirmations, and limits. I would start with low-risk tasks before giving it access to anything sensitive.
