	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The platform feels stable, and I rarely run into issues during the workday. That's probably what I appreciate most. Being able to call directly from the browser without installing anything was a big plus for our team. Setup for new reps takes minutes rather than an IT-heavy process. Audio quality through the browser has been consistently clear. The platform has been reliable day-to-day. I haven't had calls failing to connect or features suddenly being unavailable. For the core job of making and receiving calls, it's been consistent. HubSpot integration is the reason my team actually uses the CRM properly now. Calls log automatically, notes sync over, and recordings are right there in the contact record. Before this, reps were skipping manual logging and the history was always patchy. Now the data is actually reliable and coaching conversations are more grounded in what really happened. Having one business number for the whole team has made things much easier. Calls are routed properly, and everyone can work from anywhere. Cons I'd like a little more information about call costs before placing international calls. The mobile app could be a bit smoother — occasionally there's a slight lag when switching between the dialer and the call history tab. Everything seems to be fine, there is no any complaint from my side. If I leave the browser open for several hours without using it, the session sometimes expires and I have to log in again. The pricing information for calling rates could be explained more clearly inside the dashboard.
