BuildOps provides great customer support to help customers run their business more efficiently. The platform offers a variety of functions to help streamline operations and increase productivity. I’ve used other construction management software in the past, but BuildOps has been the easiest to use by far. Their customer service team is always available to help with any issues you may have, which is great. It’s obvious that they really care about their clients and providing them with the best tools possible. BuildOps has been an invaluable asset to my business, allowing me to present a professional image to my clients. As a one-man operation, I am always looking for effective and efficient ways to manage my workload. This product provides excellent MEP functionality, although it may be a bit expensive for small companies in the field. From time to time, all platforms require some form of adjustment and BuildOps is no different. With their suite of apps and integrations, the team at BuildOps provides customers with the best possible experience. Their customer support team is always available to help with any issue, no matter how small. They strive to ensure that all customers feel heard and appreciated. It's too early to make a definitive statement, but in the few months that we've been using BuildOps, we've been really pleased. I have a small business, and BuildOps has been perfect for my needs. It performs exactly as I require, i heard that larger businesses may not get the full range of features they're looking for.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros As far as quality of life features and modern design NYLUS does a fairly decent job compared to older web design pre-2010s. However, there are a few poor choices in design. Cons In the logo section of the main nav bar, they spelled "Nylus" without the N instead making the logo which is nearly in the shape of an N take its place. It feels like a mistake rather than intentional design because they do not do that any where else. Furthermore, they didn't spend the time to make the logo actually fit with the text (sizing and text-spacing). They missed very simple css you can find via google to prevent text-wrap when shrinking the nav bar. In the design of a calendar (of which I like), swapped a critical principle when it comes to selecting elements. The current day has a 1px blue border. The day you have selected becomes enlarged. This is poor design as standard practice dictates a 1px border is used to show which element you have selected (an important accessibility standard). The current day should have instead been enlarged. Finally, typing into the text boxes under My Jobs: 1) Does not auto expand over text if you save and come back. (You have to drag the text box larger) 2) No extra formatting options. I strongly recommend supporting Markdown for formatting. It's simply the easiest and best.
