Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I find nothing appealing about Botsify There's nothing I find particularly helpful. Not recommended to anyone. Botsify provides ready-to-deploy bots that can be customized without any coding. It can be implemented on websites and social platforms like WhatsApp and telegram. It responds quickly to programmed commands. Contact forms can also be added to the chat page. Fully-managed platform. Easy to build chatbots on different channels such as Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, SMS, Website, Slack. Maximum functionality. Maximum features. Maximum integrations. Multilingual chatbots. Best API that is easy to understand. An omnichannel platform where you can find chatbot & live chat solutions easily. Cons I regret to share that my recent experience with Botsify has been significantly below par, far from the standards of professionalism and efficiency one would expect from an established chatbot platform. From the outset, the user interface felt counterintuitive and complicated, a stark contrast to the ease and simplicity advertised. The learning curve was steep, and navigating through the features was more challenging than it should have been, contributing to a frustrating and inefficient experience. Moreover, the quality of customer service was quite underwhelming. Whenever I encountered issues or had questions, getting the support I needed was an uphill battle. Response times were far too slow, and when I did receive replies, they often lacked the necessary detail to resolve the issues at hand. Instead of feeling supported, I was left with the impression that their support team was unprofessional and insufficiently trained. As for the bot's performance itself, it seemed inconsistent and unreliable. It often misinterpreted user queries, which led to irrelevant responses and an overall subpar user experience. Despite numerous attempts at fine-tuning and adjusting parameters, the bot's performance remained erratic. In an era where customer service is paramount and artificial intelligence is at the forefront of technology, it's critical that businesses deliver efficient and reliable services. I had high hopes for Botsify, but unfortunately, the platform didn't live up to expectations. Needs more programming, a few times the bot can't reply to basic questions. No direct integration of chatbot on Facebook ads.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Drift does a great job in real-time conversational marketing, enabling businesses to engage with website visitors through live chat, chatbots, and personalized messaging. Drift is easy to set up and implement on business websites. Its pre-programmed bots give a personalized experience to clients, which indirectly helps to boost sales. The chat page can be customized. Drift makes it easier than ever to connect and chat with customers. The interface is easily utilized and the additional features are the cherry on top. Setting up the Drift chatbot was really quick and integrates seamlessly with our HubSpot CRM. When we did have an issue the support team responded quickly with accurate info. - It has 24*7 customer support system to solve all the queries of the user. - it has cross-platform support, so whether you use the chat using mobile tablet or pc, you are going to get the same experience. - Helps in growing sales by directly informing the sales team when a customer wants to make an order. This is done with the helps of chat service. Cons Some users may find Drift's pricing structure complex, and the initial setup might require a bit of extra technical expertise. Had a great experience with Drift. No downside experienced till now. It would be great to see more email tools being offered or a "chat bot" to utilize, but I'm sure these are on the horizon. I would like to see a forms feature added. Though the integration works it would be much neater to have it out of the box here. Especially considering the steep price-point. - Its pricing can be a problem if a small business with limited funds needs a feature which is present only in the upper pricing pack. - Drift throws bugs sometimes, which can annoy the customer. - Initially, user may find it difficult to use this software.
