It allows us to record transactions quickly and accurately, linking them directly to jobs and accounts. This helps maintain clear financial records and reduces manual effort in tracking payments and receipts The addition of the AI Chatbot, e-Invoice integration, and enhanced reporting tools have made daily operations faster and more efficient. These updates show Fresa’s commitment to continuous improvement and user satisfaction. Cons Sometimes the works slowly, especially while loading reports or processing large data. This can delay daily tasks and affect overall productivity. Editing after posting is not available, and a few modules could be more flexible for easier corrections. Sometimes Fresa logs out automatically, which interrupts ongoing work and causes inconvenience. It would be helpful if the session timeout could be extended or a warning message shown before logout. Operations module, once entries are created or posted, there is no option to edit or update them. This makes it difficult to correct minor mistakes and sometimes requires recreating the entire entry, which can be time-consuming Once a voucher or entry is posted, there is no edit option available, which makes it difficult to correct small mistakes. Adding this feature would make the system more flexible and user-friendly.
