Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Must-have for franchise-based business, operations and reporting. Easy to track issues in the field, take photos and follow up. Cons The software supports 22 languages. It supports most European languages, Arabic, Korean, and Japanese. But Russian and Chinese are not supported.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The integrations, and customisation and flexibility. Its been a perfect program to far for my little business as a sole trader. Being able to fill out forms using the app from my mobile, then emailing them through as a PDF or Word doc to then send to the customer. Being able to customise the look of your template as well is great. - Has a very flexible yet robust set of options for the forms and other features. - Requires very little training even for those workers who are not very techy. Cons The new webforms doesn't work as hoped. It wont submit documents with images attached. They were looking into but i haven't heard a fix yet. Recently they also had a price increase where the minimum plan is 3 devices instead of 1 which was cheaper. It went from 30 USD to 90 USD. I cannot see it viable to continue using the program at this price which is a shame. No major cons but the training and documentation can be improved with respect to non-tech users.
