Cons Well Overall BigTime a healthy platform but sometimes when I Try to make some changes to our invoice format is sometimes tricky, but the support we receive from the staff has always been great and made things work the way we would like them to. And also I frequently faced trouble adding new jobs into Big Time from Quickbooks and it does require manual adjustments every time. The pricing structure can be a bit steep for small businesses or freelancers. The only issue I've had as a BigTime user and my organization's Chief Financial Officer is the pricing that they offer. For most organizations, it can be pricey - and they do not offer a free trial. There's a bit of a learning curve when first getting started with BigTime, but the company offers plenty of resources to get you up to speed. The reporting capabilities could be a bit more customizable, but this is a minor concern when compared to the wealth of benefits the software provides. Some users may find the process of configuring these customizations to be complex or time-consuming. Simplifying the customization process and providing more intuitive tools for users to personalize their experience would enhance the software's flexibility.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros PSOhub integrates well with our consulting firm in terms of time management / invoicing HubSpot / QuickBooks. PSOhub has given us the ability to manage our projects and keep our customers informed of progress. Being able to set dependencies so customers can see when and what actions they need to complete to keep projects on track. We particularly benefit from the hours booked and hours completed summary. PSO Hub has given us more insight into how our professional services projects are running and we can break them down into tasks, making it easy for us and the customer. It helps us assess how we can improve as well as giving us a indication of risk for our projects. The product regularly adds updates to make the workflow more efficient too. Very simple to use time tracking software! I use it weekly to track my consulting hours for my clients. Cons The quote feature doesn’t fit our process. Specifically, we need the ability to send contracts and the quote feature has limited length and ability to include our terms of service. Custom reporting could be better. Currently, this is done via an OData feed. Sometimes it is a bit slow, but thats software from time to time. Some times it is slow to load! Probably due to the other consultants using the software at the same time.
