	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Thank you for providing a very clean font, layout and interface, one that is clear, user-friendly, and very easy to use. It really helps stay engaged, and is dynamic in its ability to use individually; based on one's own unique individual needs. I really enjoy the ability to connect and feel a part of a wider community of colleagues, and a stronger connection to (the) organisation in general. This offering of kindness and articulating of observations and gratitude, has helped me feel a greater feeling of appreciation, and compassion for my fellow colleagues, and positively impacts my own capacity to give to the work I do each day, on a professional, and personal level, and is helping my growth in both areas as well. This can not be more valued in morale, and in personal and professional engagement. Thank you for providing this service. The software is user-friendly and easy to onboard users into. If needed, great support from the Impraise team. The option to adjust the performance conversations to how teams are working and to allow individuals / managers to set objectives and ask feedback at own initiative are great to get people to use it. It works easy. And Impraise really helps to evolve towards a better performance and learning culture. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. Do platform does a good job at allowing our people to make performance conversations and development conversations more tangible. Our managers have given positive comments about the mobile app experience and the 1:1 functionality. For us as HR it's helpful to get all the analytics to understand the performance, development and feedback across the company. Cons I have found nothing more I would ask from this software yet. I do miss the direct interaction true the system with management. A bit to static. We would like to adjust the words sometimes to make it more our style, but that is not always possible. Sometimes there's intermittent emails and push notifications sent out, however since we’ve implemented, we’ve already seen improvements in this particular area.
