	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I love this tool! The AI chatbot answers order status questions from our visitors, and it also does abandoned cart messaging and upselling. So, we definitely have a positive ROI. The support is outstanding - they respond quickly and have helped us make our chatbot better and found ways to improve our sales and reduce our support tickets. Bot learns quick and it super intuitive for consumers. It really helps get customers to the proper product pages to make a purchase. The team even helped us come up with a personalized recommendations for our specific products (which are very niche)! Cons I really can't think of anything - any time I think I have an issue, their support team helps me out and everything keeps working great. Literally can't come up with one. Not kidding, this is the best tool and company that supports it.
