Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros After the implementation of Backlog too in our workplace, we got more focused and had more visibility on tasks. Gantt chart is available. Easy to onboard, no training required. Monitoring of current progress of projects. Backlog is an intuitive cloud-based platform to economically manage and strategic plan for projects. My favorite thing about Backlog is its Ui and best view for project tracking. It gives every small to big info about projects and its updates to check the status from any place. This software's user interface is awesome and easily navigable. The Gantt charts are robust. Some Pros are, Easy to Plan and track the projects, business assets and file are well integrated, mobile app (android/ios) is useful. Backlog is a great team collaboration tool to increase employee and team productivity. It offers easy to manage the project with an intuitive dashboard to view every action on a single screen. Cons No automation. Also, it has limited integration options. The card view in the project has a bad interface. Sometimes it fails to add files in the assets section. It worked great for me. Nothing to share about cons.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Ravetree is next-level when it comes to an all-in-one project management solution. They have the best table views I've seen with a ton of column options, including financials. Ravetree also has the best time tracking features we've ever used. And, their customer support is really good. They always respond promptly. It has agile project management ability. The user interface is super clean and easy to navigate. Multiple teams can stay and collaboratively work on tasks. Project forecasting and tracking perform excellently. Separate time tracking of every onboard individual. Ravetree is very easy to implement and onboard. The user interface is fantastic. On the positive side, it's powerful, easy to organize tasks, great task planning, and provides high-level project visualizations. Ravetree really helped my coworkers to stay on the same page. It makes a breeze to manage teams and collaboration. The features of project management always help my team to stay on top of it. It unified's our communication. Ravetree assists to enhance work capacity across every remote employee. It offers work class all-round work, projects, tasks, teams, and product management without any restrictions. It's easy to start, with no complexity or difficulty in usage. The spreadsheet project view was the best thing. Cons I wish they had a Salesforce integration. I guess they don't because their platform includes a built-in CRM. Assigning tasks on Ravetree is really painful. Every time I need to manually search and share tasks with members. Customizations on the dashboard are very limited. Reporting and resource managers are not great. A few time, I encountered a problem while activating it's a time tracker
