Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros So far we have experienced an excellent result in using their Omni IQ platform to model our customers and build extended audiences for ad targeting. We have definitely seen an uptick in new customers from our latest ad campaign using the extended audiences we built. Cons The UI has more features than I really know what to do with, but maybe that's just me.		Pros from Real Users Pros - Fast implementation time. We launched in under a month at enterprise scale compared to a 9 month implementation with our previous CDP - Security. We get to keep all of our data in our own database because they don't store our data - Flexibility. We can use and data table in our database, not just user-level and click level data like a traditional CDP - Support. Support team is unreal. So fast and quality help in under 10 minutes every time
