    Pros: So far we have experienced an excellent result in using their Omni IQ platform to model our customers and build extended audiences for ad targeting.
    We have definitely seen an uptick in new customers from our latest ad campaign using the extended audiences we built.

    Cons: The UI has more features than I really know what to do with, but maybe that's just me.

    Overall: Their sales and support staff have all been very helpful. The added feature of appending and downloading data from the UI looks useful although I have not used it yet.
