Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We love the functionality of the app and that videos and assets can be downloaded to devices to be used offline. The Uploads for user generated content is a great feature that we are planning to fully utilize We are in the beginning stages of distributing BAM! to our dealers and other users, but I see some serious advantages of using BAM! to increase communication. I enjoy the fact that most items are updated in real time as you edit items on the backend. Additionally, its functionality of showcasing products with more detailed click and zoom is useful to highlight various aspects of a product. I am most excited to implement the User Generated Content feature to receive some UGC for my marketing content. Both Digital Asset Management & Sales Enablement in one. From both and end-user & administrator's perspective, BAM! seamlessly integrates both experiences in a way the other platforms in the space don't provide. Cons The DAM portal takes some getting used to and they don't have push notifications (yet) I think the invitation process could be a bit more stream lined as well as integrating a function to help turn computer generated content into a more mobile friendly version. I also found some issues with the display of a document with different sized pages. Always excited for the next release, but they do regularly update versions & features. We engage regularly with a wide variety of stakeholders so having Borealis has helped us track this data, as well as manage stakeholders via its categorisation, location and assessment features. It has a whole range of useful capabilities, including website API integration, smart communications and data analytics and the overall system is very user friendly. The tailored customer support is excellent and we received a supportive onboarding experience. The team at Borealis are always so helpful and it’s been a pleasure working with them. Borealis offers a comprehensive suite of features that truly support effective stakeholder management. The ability to create detailed stakeholder profiles, track interactions, map stakeholders geographically, and generate customized reports has been invaluable. The engagement tracking and task management functionalities help keep our team aligned and accountable. What stood out was the onboarding and customer success experience. The teams were exceptionally supportive, responsive, and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand our specific needs, guided us through the setup process clearly, and ensured we were fully equipped to make the most of the tool. Their ongoing support has been instrumental in our successful adoption and use of Borealis. Borealis is very accessible and this is one of its best features. The support is in implementing it was amazing. At every step we felt taken care of and any questions and changes were instantly answered or implemented. The system is very easy to understand and the features are amazing.
