Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I really like the level of customer support we get from Attentive, they're always offering us new journeys, and ideas to increase our conversion. The platform is super easy to use and we are able to easily schedule sign up unit switches and messages ourselves. Can't say enough good things about Attentive. Not only is their team easy to work with and responsive, but they make the platform very easy to use. Attentive has been fantastic to work with. They're always pushing the envelope with features and delivering new ways to drive revenue. The platform is already robust but they are constantly developing new capabilities. And the best part is the team goes beyond standard level support, by actually helping you strategize and implement and sometimes even building out entire flows for you. Could not be happier with the experience. I love how responsive and helpful everyone at Attentive is. We've been working with them for 3+ years, and they always come to the table with new features and ideas to work through. I was able to hit the ground day 1 with this software. There are so many capabilities like segmentation, a/b testing, creating web pop-ups... and they make it easy enough for us to do all on our own! However, the support staff is incredibly efficient and kind if I do need help. Cons If there was one con, I would say that the reporting could be a little more robust. Sometimes I have to pull reports from two different places to try and analyze data better. Gets expensive if you want to add emojis to texts. It's a tad bit on the pricier side but its a premium product that is definitely worth it. Occasionally there's a few bugs, but that's to be expected! The reporting features are a bit clunky, but overall there hasn't been data I wasn't able to pull with a little help from my account rep.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It offers a simple SMS marketing platform to start a marketing campaign. Campaign engagement reports are well described. One-click to send bulk SMS with delivery reports. I love that it helps me connect with the people who want to hear from me but have TOO MANY emails in their inbox! It has increased my business, big time! Simple. User friendly. Connecting with clients at half the time makes this a grade A+ service. Tasks that felt time consuming before this program, are finished at a faster rate! I’ve been so pleased, ESP as someone who is not tech savvy at all. This is easy to use and the support team go above and beyond with customer service! Great customer service. The service is simple to set up and use, even for technology inept users. High response rate to recipients of text messaging. I felt easy to use this on phone or on computer. Easy to engage with a huge mass of audience. Lots of features too. Cons It worked great for me. Nothing to share about cons. There was a learning curve, but everything has that. Greg was easy to get ahold of to help me figure it out! Ability for duplicates to load in multiple lists. Sometimes clients got redundant information. It would be great if there was a mobile App to use the platform when not on desktop, but not a huge deal to make it much of a "con". Except user error I had not faced any problems. I just simply loved it.
