Pros from Real Users Pros I really like the level of customer support we get from Attentive, they're always offering us new journeys, and ideas to increase our conversion. The platform is super easy to use and we are able to easily schedule sign up unit switches and messages ourselves. Can't say enough good things about Attentive. Not only is their team easy to work with and responsive, but they make the platform very easy to use. Attentive has been fantastic to work with. They're always pushing the envelope with features and delivering new ways to drive revenue. The platform is already robust but they are constantly developing new capabilities. And the best part is the team goes beyond standard level support, by actually helping you strategize and implement and sometimes even building out entire flows for you. Could not be happier with the experience. I love how responsive and helpful everyone at Attentive is. We've been working with them for 3+ years, and they always come to the table with new features and ideas to work through. I was able to hit the ground day 1 with this software. There are so many capabilities like segmentation, a/b testing, creating web pop-ups... and they make it easy enough for us to do all on our own! However, the support staff is incredibly efficient and kind if I do need help. Outstanding Customer Success and Support - Undoubtedly the highest in the industry. Their dedicated customer success team is genuinely committed to aiding you in nurturing and growing your business. Innovative AI Tools - Particularly noteworthy are their their audience expansion and copywriting assistant features. User-Friendly Experience - The platform is designed with the utmost simplicity in mind, ensuring that users of all levels can effortlessly navigate and harness its capabilities. Swift and Effective Response - Their team stands out for their quick response times, demonstrating a genuine commitment to resolving issues and providing solutions, rather than simply redirecting customers to support resources. Compliance is excellent. Attentive has been a great partner for SMS. Our account manager has been amazing. They are very SMS compliant, and they tons of features to make sure you SMS is performing well. Really easy to use, very effective. SMS marketing has done wonders for us, and Attentive is at the forefront of SMS marketing automation. Lots of customization options, and really excited that they now have email marketing.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros One of the only large newsletter service providers who offer you the ability to use their physical address as your own. They will then virtually scan and email you anything you receive. A nice way to protect your privacy without paying for an additional service or PO Box. Once you're a paid user, it has some powerful tools for automating your email campaigns. ConvertKit is a great, affordable alternative to the pricier programs such as Mailchimp, offering a way to connect with my readers. Convertkit is a very productive email marketing tool. This platform is my favorite choice to connect with my clients. Analytics and reports are informative. It offers a quick campaign building. This is a great program to use for automations and drip email campaigns. When you connect to your store it works great! Cons This is a very expensive service. ConvertKit costs even more than Mailchimp and far more than MailerLite. I know I said they give you a free virtual mail service above, but having your own PO Box would still come out cheaper. The interface is fairly difficult to learn how to use--much harder than MailerLite, for example. Sadly, it doesn't offer as many bells and whistles as Mailchimp, but for the price, it's well worth it. It worked great for me. Nothing to share about cons. There's nothing that I dislike about it. Really like it.
