	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The marketing letters option was great to send patients like a newsletter but nothing else seemed to work well. Cons The support, customer service was horrible. In a years time we had at least 5 different "reps". Canceled the service after our contract was up and still charged our credit card for 3 more months!
