It offers basic features for free and offers affordable upgrades. It is a simple platform which is easy to use while maintaining privacy features. #1- It's one of the best and high standard video conferencing tools. #2- It can be integrated with the Slack app, gives you every functionally on Slack workspace. #3- It gives almost every useful features such as screen sharing, recording and notepad. Cons Lacks the advanced features provided by its competitors like Teams and Zoom. Outdated and sluggish interface for desktop app. It lacks the advanced feature set provided by Teams User interface is pretty basic and a bit lacking for modern appeal. Also Chime misses out on some advanced features offered by it's competitors. #1- We had an overall positive experience with Amazon Chime.
