Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros My team chose this tool to monitor a complex environment made of more than one hundred of databases allocated on a few SQL Server clustered instances that suffered many problems at the beginning. This tool is based on a SaaS solution in Cloud, so one single AimBetter agent was installed on a third machine to monitor all these instances. Just after a couple of days of Aimbetter monitoring we were in condition to identify and classify hundreds of problems into our databases: syntax errors, security issues, bottlenecks, tempdb overload, deadlocks, etc.; we divided them in groups and forwarded one part to developers, the other to Database Administrators. Solved initial problems, now we are able to monitor in real time our instances and to analyze, troubleshoot and solve emerging problems a few time after an alarm reported by this tool. A highly professional tool, with a neat UI, I l am very fond of the UI design of this tool, and its appearance. A best monitoring system on the database and on the organization's servers, which gives us full transparency the organization systems. Professional and quality staff with excellent service! Cons Into the console you will find two main sections: one is a dashboard useful for monitoring health status with alert and alarms, the other goes deeply into many specific areas of investigation, collecting a lot of parameters and their evolution; a little more attention to a cross drill down between alarms and metrics analysis could help to investigate faster and more clear. The tool is not too obvious to the unfamiliar user. There is nothing I didn't like. The system meets our expectations! Cloud repository retains only one month of performance data. Despite system is pretty easy to use, some UI elements/controls could be improved.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros -The user interface and graphical user interface are straightforward and easy to use, updates are effortless to implement. -It can easily monitor city platforms, databases, servers, etc. -You can customize the notification, being based on Nagios, it is mighty and swift to use. It's the best IT monitoring solution. It can monitor cloud, server and database flawlessly. It monitors core performance and resources. Very easy to deploy and check Azure cloud performance. Cons -The front-end design is a bit outdated and can be improved for the user's better experience. Other than that, everything works fine and effortless. Overall it's an outstanding IT monitoring solution.
