Cons: It needs work to get admin logging in the Sematext interface. I had hoped that the free tier's retention duration was a little bit longer. The learning curve for logsene searching is quite high. It can be confusing and occasionally cause the website to load slowly when logs, events, and metrics are all displayed on one page.

Another thing that it monitor for us is the IT Infrastructure among which application monitoring and performance monitoring is included under it. Log Management is another feature of this tool which keeps up updated with audit trails, data visualisation and remediation.

Cons: Deployment with the tool is little tricky which would require their team to guide properly to get through all the features.

Overall: Overall, Sematext is a great help for our company so far and it is expending it's business and different technical things within the tool that would make this tool more useful in coming time. Some features we miss about the tool among hierarchical mapping, capacity planning and cost tracking. But the team is very efficient so i hope they will add these features soon in the Sematext Cloud. It's a good experience so far with this tool.

Pros: This software helps us in constant monitoring of our it infrastructure and our network servers and making out any problem if it persist and troubleshoot them out. Dashboard can be customized for a better usage and user experience with keeping important things in front page of the dashboard. This tool is tailored to meet our full requirements, ranging from it monitoring to log management to APM to budget planning.

Cons: It's been a great tool for us and no such issues have been found yet.

Cons: Not as such to dislike this product at any parameters, only the deployment part was hectic and too time consuming.

Pros: Troubleshooting issues was always a pain but after implementing the Sematext solution we can see the hotspot from where the issue was created and work on it. It works also for OpenTracing API. The integration with Apache Storm works so well.
