Dialpad Contact Center is Dialpad's AI-native platform for customer experience — the connective layer where conversations, intelligence, and action come together in real time. At its core, Dialpad Contact Center is the world's first Agentic AI contact center: AI agents that don't just transcribe or summarize, but reason, resolve, and act autonomously across the full customer journey. Instead of routing customers between disconnected tools, Dialpad Contact Center unifies voice, digital, and human agents in one platform, connecting the voice and data silos that have historically kept support teams siloed and reactive. Every interaction becomes part of a compounding intelligence layer. With 775M+ AI recaps and counting, Dialpad Contact Center turns each conversation into operational insight that improves resolution rates, agent productivity, and CX outcomes over time. That intelligence is continuously optimized, governed, and made visible across your organization through Dialpad's Guardian safety layer, ensuring secure, enterprise-grade AI operations at scale. Dialpad Contact Center is built to resolve up to 80% of issues autonomously, reducing operational complexity while giving human agents the context they need for what still requires a human touch. People stay at the core; intelligence sits at the edge, ready to act the moment it's needed. Rather than asking enterprises to take autonomy on faith, Dialpad Contact Center is validated through Dialpad's Proving Ground, so teams can confirm ROI and reliability before committing at scale — a modern alternative to legacy, static bots and fragmented support stacks.

The Responsible AI-Agent for organizations where the answer HAS TO BE RIGHT. kama.ai answers from knowledge your team approves, not from what a model guesses. Every response is accurate, consistent, and traceable to its source. Governed by design. How it works: kama.ai is built on a Knowledge Graph AI. Your team curates Trusted Collections of approved information and documents, and the AI Agent answers from them exclusively. Best of all you get consistent answers to the same questions - every time. Governed Generative AI helps with phrasing and coverage within limits you set. Then Intelligent Automation lets the Deterministic AI agent complete multi-step tasks. No hallucinations allowed, where real-world consequences are at stake. This AI doesn’t just answer questions. A Human in the Loop approves key, high frequency questions - to make sure everything is brand-safe. Why it's different: Most AI chatbots generate first and add guardrails afterward. kama.ai works the other way around: Deterministic AI first to guide and orchestrate. Then generative AI helps only where you allow it. This lowers the risk of AI adoption for teams that can't afford a wrong answer about a permit, a policy, the way to fix an expensive machine on the line, a procedure, or their brand. Built for: manufacturers, municipalities, government, colleges and universities, professional services, non-profits, museums, and Indigenous services organizations. Purpose-built to be transparent, accountable, and culturally aware. Get the right information to the right people, at the right time. If it's got to be right, it's got to be kama.ai.
