Frequent Call Drops – Calls disconnect after 15 minutes, making the service unreliable. Noticeable Call Delay – A 10-second lag before calls start ringing, which affects usability. False Advertising – They claim to offer live chat support, but it does not exist—clicking the chat option redirects you back to their website. Nonexistent Customer Service – No phone support, no chat, and emails/webforms go unanswered, leaving users with no way to resolve issues. Unjustified Account Suspensions – Even if you pay upfront for a full year, they might suspend your service for “non-payment”, despite your balance being paid in full. Refund Issues & Unauthorized Charges – Partial refunds at best, and continued attempts to charge your card, even after cancellation.
