Hello Wilson - did you install Equalizer APO for your Realtek ALC3265 only? You need to install it for each device you want to use it with - the Kurbis BT speaker is a SEPARATE audio device which needs its own Equalizer APO - Use the Configuration application to add the Bluetooth speaker to your configuration and you should be able to use Equalizer APO properly.

Is the correct audio device still selected in the Equalizer APO config window (top right) after each reboot?

    See attachment.

Have you used the Configurator to install Equalizer APO on this Bluetooth device after it's connected by Bluetooth to your computer?

Yes. I used the configurator to install it to my bluetooth device, but after disconnect it and switch off the bluetooth and restart the computer or switch it off, I need to do the same all over again everytime I wanted to use the bluetooth device.

To keep Equalizer APO installed on your Bluetooth device, you shouldn't disconnect it. Switch the device off without disconnecting it. The issue here is that everytime a Bluetooth device is connected, Windows creates a new (audio) device with a different id (GUID). This means that Equalizer APO has to be installed on this new device. I had the same issue with my Bluetooth headphones until I understand this.

What do you mean by switching the device off without disconnecting it? Just switch off the device after I used it without disconnecting it first from bluetooth's computer right? And then can I switch off my bluetooth's computer off? Or should I just leave it on?

"without disconnecting it first from bluetooth's computer" Yep, exactly.
"can I switch off my bluetooth's computer off" Probably but why should you?

What I found: When Windows said "Paired" it makes a new device when it connects to my Bluetooth headphones. So I leave it like shown in the attached image (Dutch).
