ok so ive been trying to use Equalizer APO, Peace Equalizer, and ReaPlugs VST on my windows 11 laptop im able to change the stuff in peace equlizer and i hear it in my mic but for some reason the reaplugs down pitcher isnt working or rather just the ReaPlugs VST, and i have the right reaplugs instaled on it bc it the 64 ver not 32, even checked the control panel and have the "enable audio enhancements" checked and all the settings are the exact same on my windows 10 laptop and it works just fine and makes my voice deeper, but not on my window 11 device, i have also tryed applying it to ALL the things i can get Equalizer APO on just in case if it wasnt on the right device, but i do not know why Equalizer APO, ReaPlugs VST might not be working, so im asking for help and or advice

When Peace Equalizer is working Equalizer APO is working. Or better said, it's the other way around. So in your case it's the ReaPlugs that aren't working. But note that the plugin shown in the Configuration Editor isn't the one that's doing the actual work. A second instance of the same plugin does this in the audio engine of Equalizer APO, meaning there isn't any notice on the plugin in the Configuration Editor, no feedback, no visuals. So this could be just it.
Another issue is the license of a plugin. I don't think a ReaPlugs plugins has a license but if so it could be that it can't get to its license. This is because the plugin (the second instance) is running in the Windows Audio Service. This service has limited access to your computer (as it should be). Currently there are 2 solution to such an issue. Either make the license available to the plugin as described in this post. Or uninstall Equalizer APO and install this forked one from Ezequiel Casas which handles VST plugins much better (less latency, less delaying, visual feedback and no license issues, and on top of that VST 3 support).
