Hello!
When I try to activate Equalizer APO on my JBL T450BT Bluetooth headphones music stops playing and after that Windows can't play any sound. Also a peak meter in Windows taskbar stops moving. My music programs e.g. Spotify say they can't play a song, other programs crash. As I disable Equalizer APO for my headphones everything works as usual.
I use Windows 7 Pro x64 and an Intel wireless adapter. All updates are installed. But maybe I miss some?
Without Equalizer APO my headphones play music perfectly. But I dislike too much high frequency sounds and need some eq to deal with it.

Yes, usually this is about conflicting audio enhancements (APO's). Uncheck both "Use original APO" checkboxes of the troubleshooting options of the JBL T450BT. Also do what's in this wiki section (if this isn't set already).

It seems everything is alright here. If you don't have that section then there aren't any audio enhancements (APO's) there. Of course that doesn't explain why you can't get Equalizer APO to work on your JBL. But the VoiceMeeter bypass Juha suggested is a good solution.

Did you got APOs installed for the device (Configurator) ... i.e APOs are supported ?
BYW, VB-Audio's Voicemeeter Banana could be an alternative for you if you don't get EqualizerAPO to work for those headphones.

Both checkboxes "Use original APO" are grey. I can't turn it neither on nor off

That's great as no APO's are running which might conflict. Of course it doesn't help you further.
Yes, since I install APOs in the Configurator, my music mutes and can't play anymore.
Do you think it depends on headphones not on BT adapter?
@Juha, I've tried to install VB-Audio's Voicemeeter Banana and everything works just fine. Thank you very much!
Also I tried to check Control Panel. Nothing changes (because there are no checkboxes to uncheck)
I use Russian version of Windows, but I think you'll understand what I mean (see screenshot)
