Windows 11 uses a Microsoft Audio Home Theater Effects always

Hi!
I can't for the life of me get windows to stop using "Microsoft Audio Home Theater Effects" as soon as Sound enhancements is active.
I have reinstalled APO, I have removed everything about Microsoft Audio Home Theater Effects as well as the regedit ID of "{b725f130-47ef-101a-a5f1-02608c9eebac},10" in all of my regedit.
This works as following.
Win 11, Ibasso DC05 dac.
Install eq APO, it works, but there is a surroundeffect in the background. Deactivate sound enhancements in sound panel, and EQ APO still works, until i reboot. Then EQ says it needs sound enhancements to work and I need to restart my computer with it active.
I did some regedit editing and got the enhancements tab back into the panel of the Ibasso properties, and there is none checked there. I cannot find "Audio home theater effects" anywhere to disable or configure it.
Any help? Any similar instances?

And have you tried the unchecking of both "Use original APO" checkboxes for the Ibasso device in the Configurator? This ensures that any APO (sound enhancement) is bypassed.
