Every time I use equalizer apo it doesn't work I don't know why. For example I try to use the preamp it would only increase the volume of my headset audio but it would do nothing to my mic I don't know how to fix this.
If you're talking about the SRXS-X167 then according to your screenshot Equalizer APO isn't installed on the headphones and mic.
Btw. The upper right device dropdown list doesn't select a device. It's there for the graph (analysis panel). To actually select your device add a device selection command before your pre amp.

If you're able to do the pre amp on the headphones but not on the mic (after installing Equalizer APO on it) then there might be some other issues going on. One main issue is that an app/game wants to have exclusive access to your mic. Unfortunately, that bypasses any Audio Processing Object (sound enhancement/effects) including Equalizer APO. This can be solved by unchecking the exclusive mode checkboxes on its sound panel (see screenshot).
What I don't see on your screenshot is a matching mic for your SRXS-X167. Perhaps the headset was unplugged or its mic switched off?
Sorry I should of made it dclear that it wasn't for the SRX-X167 adn that it was for the BW01 instead. I'm going to try to reinstall the devices again see if that helps.
