    Either by using a VST plugin or by using the loudness control of Equalizer APO although I don't understand how it works. Both these Equalizer APO commands can be found in the Configuration Editor under the green plus menu.

    What you probably are looking for is loudnorm or loudnorm+speechnorm, but at this point there is no way to run it systemwide. For youtube, movies etc. playback you can use MPV (video player) which supports all ffmpeg audio filters.

    also i seeking the good vst plugins (low load cpu) - echo, nice effects for games, music
