signal-cli is a command line interface for the Signal messenger. It supports registering, verifying, sending and receiving messages. signal-cli uses a patched libsignal-service-java, extracted from the Signal-Android source code. For registering you need a phone number where you can receive SMS or incoming calls. signal-cli is primarily intended to be used on servers to notify admins of important events. For this use-case, it has a daemon mode with D-BUS interface (man page) and JSON-RPC interface (documentation). For the JSON-RPC interface, there's also a simple example client, written in Rust. -

We built it because there is nothing else on the App Store that provides all these features in one app. A robust, high-performance text editor (Monaco Editor from Visual Studio Code) First class local file system support. Embedded emulated terminal. Local backend development environment (Node and PHP) Local Python Runtime. Local Clang compiler. Git Version Control. Package manager support (Pip and NPM) and Remote connection support (Files and terminal). While we want to make the editing experience as close as a desktop offers, Code App is still bounded by iOS's limitations. For example, you cannot download arbitrary commands or modules with native components. Spawning subprocesses is also not possible. -

This repo contains the DirectX 12 Graphics samples that demonstrate how to build graphics-intensive applications for Windows 10. In the Samples directory, you will find samples that attempt to break off specific features and specific usage scenarios into bite-sized chunks. For example, the ExecuteIndirect sample will show you just enough about execute indirect to get started with that feature without diving too deep into multiengine whereas the nBodyGravity sample will delve into multiengine without touching on the execute indirect feature etc. By doing this, we hope to make it easier to get started with DirectX 12. D3D12 Mesh Shaders sample demonstrates how Mesh shaders can be used to increase the flexibility and performance of the geometry pipeline. D3D12 Variable Rate Shading sample demonstrates how shading rate can be reduced with little or no reduction in visual quality, leading to “free” performance. -

The main change is dropping yield from support and using async/await everywhere. Farewell, Python 3.4. You often want to send some sort of data in the URL’s query string. If you were constructing the URL by hand, this data would be given as key/value pairs in the URL after a question mark, e.g. httpbin.org/get?key=val. Requests allows you to provide these arguments as a dict, using the params keyword argument. aiohttp internally performs URL canonicalization before sending request. -

Air Go

When I get started with developing websites in Go and gin framework, it's a pity that gin lacks live-reloading function. In fact, I tried fresh and it seems not much flexible, so I intended to rewrite it in a better way. Air is yet another live-reloading command line utility for Go applications in development. Just air in your project root directory, leave it alone, and focus on your code. For less typing, you could add alias air='~/.air' to your .bashrc or .zshrc. You can pass arguments for running the built binary by adding them after the air command.
