Microsoft’s vscode source code is open source (MIT-licensed), but the product available for download (Visual Studio Code) is licensed under this not-FLOSS license and contains telemetry/tracking. The VSCodium project exists so that you don’t have to download+build from source. This project includes special build scripts that clone Microsoft’s vscode repo, run the build commands, and upload the resulting binaries for you to GitHub releases. These binaries are licensed under the MIT license. Telemetry is disabled. If you want to build from source yourself, head over to Microsoft’s vscode repo and follow their instructions. VSCodium exists to make it easier to get the latest version of MIT-licensed VSCode. Window Maker Live is an installable Linux Live ISO based on the current Trixie branch of Debian. The system uses the Window Maker window manager as the default graphical user interface. Window Maker Live's components have been carefully preconfigured and the desktop environment has a consistent visual appearance. Window Maker Live integrates selected components from other desktop environments such as XFCE4, MATE, LXQT, with a particular focus on GNUstep. The main idea behind this project is to integrate the Window Maker window manager as default user interface on top of a standard Debian/Trixie base system. It also serves as an alternate installation medium for Debian/Trixie. The second main idea not directly visible on the surface level is the inclusion of many useful command line utilities and tools for system administration. A color and B&W emoji SVGinOT font built from EmojiOne artwork with support for ZWJ, skin tone diversity and country flags. The font works in all operating systems, but will currently only show color emoji in Firefox, Thunderbird, Photoshop CC 2017, and Windows Edge V38.14393+. This is not a limitation of the font, but of the operating systems and applications. Regular B&W outline emoji are included for backward/fallback compatibility. SVG in Open Type is a standard by Adobe and Mozilla for color OpenType and Open Font Format fonts. It allows font creators to embed complete SVG files within a font enabling full color and even animations. There are more details in the SVGinOT proposal and the OpenType SVG table specifications. The default serif, sans-serif and monospace font for most Linux distributions is DejaVu. DejaVu includes a wide range of symbols that override the EmojiOne Color characters. -

The MSTG is a comprehensive manual for mobile app security testing and reverse engineering for iOS and Android mobile security testers. The OWASP Mobile Application Security Verification Standard (MASVS) is, as the name implies, a standard for mobile app security. It can be used by mobile software architects and developers seeking to develop secure mobile applications, as well as security testers to ensure completeness and consistency of test results. A checklist is available for use in security assessments that is based on the MASVS and MSTG and contains links to the MSTG test case for each requirement. -

For those who use the Bash or ZSH shell, you can use my fork of git-flow-completion which includes several additions for git-flow (AVH Edition), or you can use the original git-flow-completion project by bobthecow. Both offer tab-completion for git-flow subcommands and branch names with my fork including tab-completion for the commands not found in the original git-flow. For a wide variety of commands hooks or filters can be called before and after the command. The files should be placed in .git/hooks In the directory hooks you can find examples of all the hooks available. You can easily publish a feature you are working on. The reason can be to allow other programmers to work on it or to access it from another machine. -

goenv aims to be as simple as possible and follow the already established successful version management model of pyenv and rbenv. This project was cloned from pyenv and modified for Go. goenv does let you change the global Go version on a per-user basis. Provide support for per-project Go versions. Allow you to override the Go version with an environment variable. Search commands from multiple versions of Go at a time. At a high level, goenv intercepts Go commands using shim executables injected into your PATH, determines which Go version has been specified by your application, and passes your commands along to the correct Go installation. When you run all the variety of Go commands using go, your operating system searches through a list of directories to find an executable file with that name. This list of directories lives in an environment variable called PATH, with each directory in the list separated by a colon. -
