WinMerge is a Windows tool for visual difference display and merging, for both files and directories. It is highly useful for determining what has changed between file versions, and then merging those changes. WinMerge has Unicode support, Flexible syntax coloring editor, Visual SourceSafe integration, and Windows Shell integration. Regexp filtering for filenames and lines. Side-by-side line difference and highlights differences inside lines. A file map shows the overall file differences in a location pane. The user interface is translated into several languages.

PHPMailer – A full-featured email creation and transfer class for PHP. Support for UTF-8 content and 8bit, base64, binary, and quoted-printable encodings. SMTP authentication with LOGIN, PLAIN, CRAM-MD5, and XOAUTH2 mechanisms over SMTPS and SMTP+STARTTLS transports. Validates email addresses automatically. Many PHP developers need to send email from their code. The only PHP function that supports this directly is mail(). However, it does not provide any assistance for making use of popular features such as encryption, authentication, HTML messages, and attachments. Formatting email correctly is surprisingly difficult. There are myriad overlapping (and conflicting) standards, requiring tight adherence to horribly complicated formatting and encoding rules – the vast majority of code that you'll find online that uses the mail() function directly is just plain wrong, if not unsafe!

Locale Emulator is a tool similar to AppLocale and NTLEA, providing a simulation function that can make an application recognize your OS as in a language other than the real one. It is quite useful when you are trying to play country-specific games. Locale Emulator is compatible with the following systems, both 32 and 64-bit, Windows 7 with Service Pack 1, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10. Locale Emulator supports 32-bit executables running on both 32-bit or 64-bit systems. For example, if you are using 64-bit WinRAR, you will not see the context menu on a RAR file unless you swapped 64-bit WinRAR with the 32-bit version. Clone the repo using Git, install Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 / 2017, open LocaleEmulator.sln, perform build action, clone and build the core libraries, and copy LoaderDll.dll and LocaleEmulator.dll from Locale-Emulator-Core to Locale-Emulator build folder.

NSIS (Nullsoft Scriptable Install System) is a professional open source system to create Windows installers. It is designed to be as small and flexible as possible and is therefore very suitable for internet distribution. Being a user's first experience with your product, a stable and reliable installer is an important component of succesful software. With NSIS you can create such installers that are capable of doing everything that is needed to setup your software. NSIS is script-based and allows you to create the logic to handle even the most complex installation tasks. Many plug-ins and scripts are already available: you can create web installers, communicate with Windows and other software components, install or update shared components and more.

LZ4 is lossless compression algorithm, providing compression speed > 500 MB/s per core (>0.15 Bytes/cycle). It features an extremely fast decoder, with speed in multiple GB/s per core (~1 Byte/cycle). A high compression derivative, called LZ4_HC, is available, trading customizable CPU time for compression ratio. LZ4 library is provided as open-source software using a BSD license. This benchmark simulates simple "static content transfer" scenario such as OS Kernel compression or video game's static assets (text/images/tables/scripts/etc) which loading from Flash Memory / HDD / SSD. In this case, compression time is completely ignored. Because only content developers compress the data at once and usually they don't care about its computational cost. But they always care end user's experience a.k.a. "loading time" and bandwidth. Please pay attention to "LZ4HC -9" which is quite faster than other methods.

log4cplus is a simple to use C++ logging API providing thread-safe, flexible, and arbitrarily granular control over log management and configuration. It is modelled after the Java log4j API.

rtsp-simple-server is a ready-to-use and zero-dependency server and proxy that allows users to publish, read and proxy live video and audio streams. Zstandard is a fast compression algorithm, providing high compression ratios. It also offers a special mode for small data, called dictionary compression. The reference library offers a very wide range of speed / compression trade-off, and is backed by an extremely fast decoder (see benchmarks below). Zstandard library is provided as open source software using a BSD license. Its format is stable and published as IETF RFC 8478. The negative compression levels, specified with --fast=#, offer faster compression and decompression speed in exchange for some loss in compression ratio compared to level 1, as seen in the table above. Zstd can trade compression speed for stronger compression ratios. It is configurable by small increment. Decompression speed is preserved and remain roughly the same at all settings, a property shared by most LZ compression algorithms, such as zlib or lzma.

FreeRDP is a free implementation of the Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP), released under the Apache license. Enjoy the freedom of using your software wherever you want, the way you want it, in a world where interoperability can finally liberate your computing experience. The nightly builds are installed into /opt/freerdp-nightly and can be installed in parallel with the distributions regular freerdp package. Network tracing of RDP can be quite a challenge due to a number of factors such as encryption, compression, and the fact that these protocol features cannot always be disabled or worked around. One of the easiest way of decrypting RDP traffic is to configure the server with a self-signed certificate for which the private key is known, and then use this certificate with a network tracing tool to automatically decrypt the packets.

Powershell is a cross-platform, task-based command-line shell and scripting language that helps rapidly automate tasks that manage operating systems (Linux, macOS and Windows) and processes. It works well with existing tools and is optimized for dealing with structured data, REST APIs and object models. PowerShell was developed by Microsoft as a task management and configuration management framework. Powershell is designed to let you manage computers from the command line and improve the command-line and scripting environment.

ESP8266 Arduino Core is the Arduino core for the ESP8266 WiFi chip. It brings support for the ESP8266 chip to the Arduino environment, allowing you to write sketches, use familiar Arduino functions and libraries, and run these directly on ESP8266 without the need for an external microcontroller. ESP8266 Arduino core comes with libraries that enable it to perform a number of things. It can communicate over WiFi through the use of TCP and UDP; it can set up HTTP, mDNS, SSDP, and DNS servers; and it can perform OTA updates. ESP8266 Arduino core works with SD cards, servos, SPI and I2C peripherals.
