    nmeasim

    nmeasim

Simulate GPS+AIS sentences and send to a navigation SW

NMEASIM sends NMEA 0183 sentences to a navigation SW such as OpenCpn via a serial com port or a UDP channel. These NMEA sentences simulate data coming from a GPS(sentence $GPRMC...) and an AIS receiver(sentence !AIVDM...) All the parameters : name, mmsi, initial position (lat/long), COG, SOG for my boat as well as for AIS targets, and I/O configuration (com port...) can be edited in the 'datasimul.json' (file created by the app with default values in V1.0) Just Download the nmeasim.exe file (green button above) and launch it. Be patient for a few seconds if you have a slow PC! Go to the 'Files' tab to look at the readme file and download any additional file if needed.

    CAMPARI

    CAMPARI

Software for molecular simulations and trajectory analysis

We are proud to introduce version 5 of CAMPARI. We have added a number of new features, most notably a Python interface for interpreting user-supplied code (with the help of ForPy), a novel trajectory storage standard (with the help of libpqxx/PostgreSQL), and a module for performing transition path theory. Naturally, CAMPARI continues to provide the reference implementation of the ABSINTH force field paradigm and implicit solvation model. CAMPARI is a joint package for performing and analyzing molecular simulations, in particular of systems of biological relevance. It focuses on a wide availability of algorithms for (advanced) sampling and is capable of combining Monte Carlo and molecular dynamics in seamless fashion. CAMPARI offers the user a very high level of control over all implemented features. For more information and features, please refer to the project's homepage at http://campari.sourceforge.net/V5

    QUAST

    QUAST

Quality Assessment Tool for Genome Assemblies

QUAST performs fast and convenient quality evaluation and comparison of genome assemblies. It is maintained by the Gurevich lab at HIPS (https://helmholtz-hips.de/en/hmsb). For the most up-to-date description, please visit http://quast.sf.net. Below are just some highlights. QUAST computes several well-known metrics, including contig accuracy, the number of genes discovered, N50, and others, as well as introducing new ones, like NA50 (see details in the paper and manual). A comprehensive analysis results in summary tables (in plain text, tab-separated, and LaTeX formats) and colorful plots. The tool also produces web-based reports condensing all information in one easy-to-navigate file. QUAST and its three follow-up papers (MetaQUAST, Icarus, QUAST-LG) papers were published in Bioinformatics; the last paper (WebQUAST) is out in Nucl Acid Research.

    SPELL

    SPELL

Satellite Procedure Execution Language and Library

SPELL is a framework composed of an integrated environment for the development and execution of satellite automated procedures. It is capable of running any procedure via different Ground Control System and for any spacecraft. The goal of SPELL is to have a powerful and readable automation language, which can be shared across Satellite Operators and Satellite Manufacturers. If we all use the same language, the cost and the risk associated with automated procedures will go down! SPELL facilitates the automation of satellite operations, allowing satellite procedures to be run in a highly repeatable and reliable manner. User manuals provide guidance on the correct use and steps to integrate the software into their existing ground control systems via the well-defined programming interface. SPELL consists of five integral applications which users can use as a complete software suite or as individual standalone applications. Start!: https://sourceforge.net/p/spell-sat/wiki/Home/
