    Arachne

Exploration of a Hierarchical+Functional Approach To Data Organization

This is dedicated to development of a small class for organizing data in both a traditional parent<->child hierarchy and by the functions used to generate child data nodes from parent data. The core of the project is in the class definitions contained within arachne.py, a demonstration of how this method of arranging data can be used to solve a relatively interesting problem may be found in test.py

    Astrophotography Lab

    Astrophotography Lab

A collection of useful tools for astrophotographers

Astrophotography Lab (APLab) is a free program intended for anyone interested in astrophotography. It has two main purposes: - Interpreting data extracted from your astrophotos to produce useful information. - Using this information as a help for further improving your imaging results. The program consists of four main tools: an analyser tool, a calculator tool, a simulator tool and a plotting tool. The tools are connected, allowing you to transfer information between them, and easily go all the way from measuring your camera's sensor to finding the optimal settings for your next imaging session. APLab supports a wide range of CCD and DSLR cameras and telescopes by default, and you can easily add the necessary information for your own equipment. Check out the home page (linked to below) for more information and download links.

    Atlas2Cloud

Atlas2 Genome Analysis Pipeline on Amazon Web Services

This is the backend source code of the Atlas2-Cloud pipeline on Amazon which starts and terminates worker nodes, runs analysis and monitors worker instances. It is PRIMARILY meant to be used through Amazon Web Services (AWS) management console by looking for the public Atlas2-Cloud machine image. Alternatively, the code can also be used for running the pipeline from your computer. By installing this software on your computer you will be setting up your computer to act as the head node which would then run the pipeline from your computer.

    Awesome Math

    Awesome Math

This is the Curriculum for "How to Learn Mathematics Fast"

This repository is a curated roadmap for learning the core mathematics used in computer science, machine learning, and data science without getting lost in unnecessary detours. It organizes topics like algebra, calculus, linear algebra, probability, and statistics into a pragmatic sequence that favors intuition and problem-solving over purely formal proofs. The materials emphasize short, high-leverage resources—video lectures, concise notes, and hands-on exercises—that help you build momentum quickly. It also suggests checkpoints and practice ideas so you can test comprehension and move forward with confidence. The structure is useful both for newcomers who want a starting plan and for practitioners filling specific gaps before tackling ML or deep learning. Overall, it acts as a compact study plan that turns “learn math” from a vague goal into a concrete, achievable path.
