SAGA - System for Automated Geoscientific Analyses - is a Geographic Information System (GIS) software with immense capabilities for geodata processing and analysis. SAGA is programmed in the object oriented C++ language and supports the implementation of new functions with a very effective Application Programming Interface (API). Functions are organised as modules in framework independent Module Libraries and can be accessed via SAGA’s Graphical User Interface (GUI) or various scripting environments (shell scripts, Python, R, ...). The PTP daemon (PTPd) implements the Precision Time protocol (PTP) as defined by the IEEE 1588 standard. PTP was developed to provide very precise time coordination of LAN connected computers. PTPd boasts an advanced set of features and is highly configurable.

mp3splt is a free utility to split mp3, ogg vorbis and FLAC files without decoding, selecting begin/end time; if file is an album, you can get splitpoints automatically from internet or a local cue, cddb file. It also splits Mp3Wrap and AlbumWrap archives. Supports splitting and trimming by silence detection. For mp3 files, both ID3v1 and ID3v2 are supported using original tags or user defined tags.

GCBASIC is an open-source BASIC compiler for 8 bit Microchip PIC, Atmel AVR legacy, AVRDx and LGT microcontrollers. Also included in the project is Graphical GCBASIC, an icon based editor for GCBASIC programs. This is a continuous release project. The latest release is always available. This will give you the most complete development toolchain to create and program 8-bit PIC, AVR and LGT microcontrollers. Viking is a free/open source program to manage GPS data. You can import, plot and create tracks, routes and waypoints, show OSM, Bing Aerial and other maps, geotag images, create routes using OSRM, see real-time GPS position (not in Windows), make maps using Mapnik (not in Windows), control items, etc. It is written in mostly in C (with some C++) & the GTK+3 toolkit. Eagle Mode is a zoomable user interface (ZUI) with file manager, file viewers, games, and more. This project is about a futuristic style of human-computer interaction, where the user can visit almost everything simply by zooming in. FLASH, Fast Length Adjustment of SHort reads, is a very accurate fast tool to merge paired-end reads from fragments that are shorter than twice the length of reads. The extended length of reads has a significant positive impact on improvement of genome assemblies.

This project offers open source implementations for UNESCO/IFIP's Algol 68 (the Revised Report language). The project offers two implementations: Implementation 1 is Algol68G: a recent checkout hybrid compiler/interpreter by Marcel van der Veer, supporting arbitrary arithmetic, partial parametrisation, complex numbers, POSIX threads, GNU plotutils, GNU scientific library, curses, sound, TCP sockets, RegEx and PostgreSQL. Inplementation 2 is algol68toc, a port by Sian Mountbatten of the vintage Algol68RS (UK Defense Research Agency) compiler. The implementation emits C code.
