    CUTLASS

    CUTLASS

CUDA Templates for Linear Algebra Subroutines

CUTLASS is a collection of CUDA C++ template abstractions for implementing high-performance matrix-multiplication (GEMM) and related computations at all levels and scales within CUDA. It incorporates strategies for hierarchical decomposition and data movement similar to those used to implement cuBLAS and cuDNN. CUTLASS decomposes these "moving parts" into reusable, modular software components abstracted by C++ template classes. These thread-wide, warp-wide, block-wide, and device-wide...

    VOP post-processing

    Post-processing algorithms for SAR compression

***Please note that a much improved Version can be found on Github:*** https://github.com/sOrzada/VOP_Compression Here we introduce to algorithms for post-processing of VOP sets. Algorithm 1 reduces the Overestimation for a given set of VOPs. Especially useful to reduce the overestimation in VOP sets calculated with the compression algorithms by Lee et al. and Orzada et al. Algorithm 2 tests a given set of VOPs for redundancy. It can be used to reduce the number of VOPs in a dataset produced by Eichfelder and Gebhardt's algorithm. ...

    headsort

headsort: streaming sort + 2x faster than gnu sort

...In general headsort can sort in 1/2 the time sort(1) (mergesort) does in situations involving either pipes or mult column selection; less than 1/2 with both. Best case was about opposite that of sort(1)*. NEW* hsort main algorithm speed improvement (applies to all; 27,29,31). Now faster than sort(1) (in all cases tested). Using triangulation, hsort begins piped sorted output when 1st bin is done. This means it has new applications in distributed computing and in some cases makes dc un-necessary. (gnu sort must finish all bins) Well compatible with gnu sort (not perfect). ...

    GRAMPC

A gradient-based augmented Lagrangian framework for embedded NMPC

GRAMPC is a nonlinear MPC framework that is suitable for dynamical systems with sampling times in the (sub)millisecond range and that allows for an efficient implementation on embedded hardware. The algorithm is based on an augmented Lagrangian formulation with a tailored gradient method for the inner minimization problem. GRAMPC is implemented in plain C with an additional interface to C++ and MATLAB/Simulink. The basic structure and usage of GRAMPC are described in the documentation that comes along with the source files. More details about the algorithm and its performance can be found in the corresponding article published in Optimization and Engeneering. ...

    Guide log analyser

    Guide log analyser

Analyser for CCDCiel and PHD2 guide log and advisor on tuning settings

...This program reads guide logs of the CCDciel and PHD2 guide program, measures what the mount does and simulates the guider with other settings. It then advises the gain, hysteresis and minimum pulse (CCDciel) or the aggression, hysteresis and minimum move (PHD2 Hysteresis algorithm) that give the smallest guiding error. It also reports on polar alignment, periodic error, Dec backlash and sudden jumps of the mount.

    Bifurcum

    Bifurcum

Software to run through a directional graph.

This software runs through a directional graph and writes the paths it found as test specifications. It has a simple algorithm (Deep First Search with modifications) and allows sorting children before traversing. This application sums up the authors 4-years experience when programming a commercial tool for graph traversing (which used a much more advanced algorithm) and coaching its users. Technically it is a front end for the library Bifurcumlib.

    FluidS

    FluidS

A fluid simulator based on Navier-Stokes equations

It uses Navier-Stokes equation as the physical model, the numerical solution obtained by real-time calculation includes scalar and velocity fields displayed in the OpenGL control. Users have a choice of 64x64 and 128x128 resolutions and 7 color options. Its core algorithm of the simulation process refers to Robert Bridson's Fluid Simulation for Computer Graphics. It uses the numerical solution of Navier-Stokes equations to predict the density and velocity distribution of particles in each frame displayed in the OpenGL widget of Qt. There are two resolution options for users: 64 x 64 and 128 x 128. ...

    JQM Java Quine McCluskey

    JQM Java Quine McCluskey

JQM - Java Quine McCluskey for minimization of Boolean functions.

Java Quine McCluskey (JQM) implements the Quine-McCluskey algorithm with Petrick’s Method for minimizing Boolean functions. Designed for both education and industrial application, it handles up to 16 variables and functions. Uniquely, JQM bridges the gap between theory and practice: it visualizes the solution process with generated Karnaugh Maps for students, while supporting PLC engineers by exporting results to Structured Text (ST) and Ladder Diagram (LD).
